Our client based in Norwich is looking for a Service Manager to join their team. To be considered for this role you must have previous Automotive Management Experience preferably in a Fast Fit or Multi-Franchise Centre.
The role of Service Manager is based in a well-established family run company working for their fast fit centre in Norwich.
Responsibilities of the Service Manager role are:
* Daily Management of the workshop, leading and overseeing the Service department, managing a team of highly skilled Technicians
* Organising the workflow in the service department.
* Reporting to upper management on Centre performance and KPI's
* Employee reviews, training and development.
* Driving profitability
* Developing Service Procedures, Policies and standards
* Improving response and delivery times
* Manage the MOT Testers
Our client is offering a competitive salary as well as an excellent bonus/profit sharing commission structure for the Service Manager role.
Working hours for the Service Manager role are Monday to Friday 8.00am till 18.00pm and every second Saturday 8.00am till 12.30pm.
