Salary: £24000 - £26000/annum + great benefits

A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Project Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (flexible) and paying £24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience. This role offers hybrid working, generally working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.

Key Duties include but are not limited to:

Support the Technical Director with diary management, expenses and the day-to-day running of the team
Manage all aspects of your projects, including taking minutes and liaising with stakeholders/departments
Manage website projects, including logging work, creating documentation, raising potential issues and managing the project through the department
Ensure all work is recorded on the system (Jira and Confluence)
Ensure a consistent quality of work coming in and out of the department
Create weekly reports
Assist with content creation
Assist with department accounting and expenses
Assist with the creation and publishing of email marketing
Complete research tasks
Software testing
Cross-department training
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Project Administrator position:

2+ years experience within an admin and secretarial role
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
High level of English
Proficient with the Microsoft packages
Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
Be efficient and proactive

This role is varied, and you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of in-house projects, including large scale FinTech and investment platforms, smaller brand websites and even packaging for our food arm of the company which can be seen on the shelves on large companies such as Tescos and Morrisons.

You will follow the full lifecycle of all projects through planning, content, design and build to testing and release. You will also work with multiple teams across the company to ensure the project runs smoothly and hits deadlines. Reporting directly to the department head and project manager this role offers exposure to multiple areas of the development process, with previous employees of this role becoming, Lead Testers, Marketing Executives, Project Managers and Business Analysts.
