Project Manager - Cut & Carve

Are you capable of managing a £15m Cut & Carve project in the West End?

As the Project Manager you'll oversee the whole process such as adding a new floor to the top of an existing commercial office building, expanding the basement, and removing/creating a new facade. Completing projects to Cat A standard.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial planning to final completion, to ensure that it is delivered successfully, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards and client expectations.

Working with QS's and Directors, managing a team of Site Managers and Sub-Contractors.

Based on site in the West End, visiting the office when required.
