As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial performance of our projects. Your role will include:

* Preparing and managing project budgets and costs

* Conducting risk assessments and managing project risks

* Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

* Providing expert advice on procurement and contract management

* Managing multiple projects up to the value of c. £20m
