The Role:

Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Location: Hyde, Tameside
Start Date: January 2024
Hours: Full-time
Duration: Long-term with the potential for a permanent roleKey Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education
Working 1:1 or in small groups to support children's learning and development
Providing tailored support to meet the needs of pupils with SEND or other learning needs
Creating a positive and engaging classroom environmentWhat We're Looking For:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working within a primary school setting
A proactive, compassionate, and adaptable approach
