Role: Distribution Sales Manager
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission
Location: Birmingham

Our client is looking for a Distribution Sales Manager to manage relationships with their largest national distributors, including top hire companies. This fast-paced role involves managing high-volume sales, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering next-day order fulfillment. You'll work closely with other sales managers and visit key client sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with large national distributors
Develop and implement strategic sales plans
Deliver fast, efficient customer service
Visit distributor depots to strengthen relationships
Collaborate with other National Distributor Sales Managers and expand your customer base.
Visit major distributor depots across the country to strengthen client relationships.
The Person

Experience: At least 5 years of high-volume sales experience, ideally in a B2B setting.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional, productive relationships with key distributors.
Salary/Benefits

Salary: £50,000/year
Car Allowance: £500/month for the first 6 months (company car after)
