Recruita Ltd is excited to offer you the opportunity to apply for an ONSITE ACCOUNT MANAGER positon based in the Plymouth area working for a leading provider of outsourced services to provide a reliable temporary workforce to their end client, which is a food site.

As an experienced ONSITE ACCOUNT MANAGER you will lead by example and be actively involved in recruitment, inductions, client meetings, reporting figures, payroll etc - the whole process which you will already be fully aware of. You must therefore already be working in a similar environment and know all processes, legislation and regulations to be shortlisted to interview stage. Your proactive approach must be engaging, enthusiatic and have a can-do attitude to manage the client relationship and build essential positive relationships. If you speak Bulgarian or /and Romanian this would also be a positive, but no essential.

The site can run as low as 20 at quiet times and reach 100+ at peak so you may need to help cover other sites in area when necessary. Therefore a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is a must.

If you can demonstrate key experience, a solid career to date and all essential attributes we would like to hear from you. Salary on offer is £32-36k level basic plus bonus and benefits. You will be required to be oncall when needed. This role would suit a senior coordinator seeking next level or an experienced ONSITE ACCOUNT MANAGER seeking a similar role to their current one.
