Renewals Administrator

We’re looking for a highly motivated Renewals Administrator to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in Leighton Buzzard .

As our Renewals Administrator you will provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of our Renewals Administrator
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, branches
  • Ensure the smooth transition throughout the renewal process
  • Obtaining instructions from landlords before the end of the tenancy
  • Preparing new tenancy agreements
  • Administering periodic tenancies
  • Chasing in unsigned tenancy agreements
  • Sending notification to our accounts team
  • Any other administration tasks as required

Skills and experience required to be a successful Renewals Administrator
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Solid administration skills
  • Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
