Renewals Administrator We’re looking for a highly motivated
Renewals Administrator to complement our fantastic team in our Lettings Support Centre in
Leighton Buzzard .
As our
Renewals Administrator you will provide tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities of our Renewals Administrator - Liaising with landlords, tenants, branches
- Ensure the smooth transition throughout the renewal process
- Obtaining instructions from landlords before the end of the tenancy
- Preparing new tenancy agreements
- Administering periodic tenancies
- Chasing in unsigned tenancy agreements
- Sending notification to our accounts team
- Any other administration tasks as required
Skills and experience required to be a successful Renewals Administrator - Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Solid administration skills
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
