ABA Assistant

A fantastic, friendly and passionate Primary School in the London Borough of Hackney is looking to multiple ABA Assistant's. The ABA Assistant role is a full time, long-term role, for an ASAP start.

As an ABA Assistant, you will be working as part of a team, delivering an individual education programme, based on the scientific theory of Applied Behaviour Analysis (Verbal Behaviour). You will be working with the teacher, consultant, supervisors and therapists to deliver a programme that will enable the learner to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

You will be supported by a BCBA, ABA supervisors, teaching staff, speech and language therapists and our occupational therapist. The successful candidate will start working on a 1:1 basis, within this dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Must have a good degree from a reputable University
Good understanding of SEN is required
Experience in a previous role, or personal experience with SEN would be ideal
Passionate about supporting children with SEN
You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
