THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a leading global property developer who due to continuous growth are looking for a Property Administrator to join their growing team! Your role within the business will be to be the main point of contact for customers, offer your support and professional assistance and to resolve any problems.

This is a great opportunity for someone from a Property Sales, Property Admin, Site Administrator, Facilities Administrator, Customer Care, Customer Service Coordinator, Aftercare Coordinator, Residential Administrator or similar role.

THE ROLE:

• Provide a high standard of aftercare to residents.
• Be the main point of contact for customers, assist with any enquiries and ensure they are dealt with correctly in a timely manner.
• Deal with customer enquiries via phone and face to face.
• Understand snags and defects, logging these onto the system and create reports.
• Work closely with contracts, appoint them with duties and ensure tasks are met within a timely manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, potential buyers, investors, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

THE PERSON:

• Must have a minimum of 1 years experience within property, housing association, housing maintenance, facilities maintenance, property sales, customer service, or similar
• Have a strong understanding of property development, sales process and maintenance.
• Be able to provide a high level of customer service at all times.
• Strong communication both verbal and written.
• Professional and presentable.
