Job Summary:
The Site Manager will oversee HVAC and renewable energy installations in social housing projects within the Midlands area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management within the construction industry, particularly in renewable technologies, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
* Project Planning: Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Team Management: Lead and coordinate the site team, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
* Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company policies.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders to address concerns and provide project updates.
* Compliance: Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and environmental policies, particularly those related to renewable technologies.

Qualifications:
