Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant SEN Education

Salary: £30k - £60k (1st Year OTE) 2nd Year £100k OTE, negotiable, dep on experience.

This is a sales role and you must be outgoing and confident on the phone.

• Matching candidates to available roles.
• Finding suitable staff for our array of clients.
• Formatting CVs and writing professional emails.
• All parts of the Recruitment Consultant role, full cycle
• Negotiating with our clientele.
