Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham? Workchain is currently recruiting for a Permanent position in the Driving industry. (Wag and drag work) For a recycling paper firm. The starts will be between 0400 - 0600 and Monday to Friday. Shift lengths be 9 - 10 hours. Previous experience of WAG and DRAG/ Draw Bar work would be preferred due to the nature of the work. Key responsibilities:- Safely operate and drive HGV Class 1 vehicles- Transport goods and materials to various locations- Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner- Follow all traffic laws and regulations- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of vehicleQualifications required:- Valid HGV Class 1 license- CPC qualification- Previous experience as an HGV driver- Good knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areasThe pay rate for this position is from £15 to £16 per hour, depending on experience.Interested candidates should apply only at workchain.co.uk and complete the online application form.
