As a Gas Maintenance and Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing commercial gas and plumbing systems in a variety of properties across London and the South, The role involves ensuring systems comply with safety and regulatory standards, diagnosing faults, repairs and providing high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial gas systems, boilers, and associated equipment.

* Carry out plumbing work, including repairs, installations, and troubleshooting in commercial properties.

* Ensure compliance with Gas Safe regulations and all relevant health and safety standards.

* Diagnose and resolve faults promptly to minimize downtime for clients.

* Collaborate with other engineers and contractors as required for larger projects.

* Complete and maintain detailed service records and reports.

* Provide excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism in client interactions.

Requirements:

* Gas Safe registered with qualifications in commercial gas work (e.g., COCN1, ICPN1).

* Proven experience in commercial gas maintenance and plumbing.

* Strong knowledge of gas regulations and safety standards in the UK.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Full UK driving license.
