From September, a Halifax Secondary school is looking for a behaviour support assistant to join their busy pastoral team.

Duties will include:

Supporting with young people with challenging behaviour
Supervision as well lesson support
Following the school's behaviour policy
Being adaptable to chenges in situations and supporting other team members with young people in distressAs a behaviour support worker you will show strong pastoral and emotional support for your pupils, as well as being vigilant to their cues and needs which will mean able to think on the spot and being flexible with your time.
