Job Title: Production Operatives (Temp to Perm)
Location: Wellingborough, Park Farm
Start Date: Monday, 28th October 2024
Salary: £11.75 - £12 per hour
Shifts: Choose from 6am-3pm or 6am-2pm (rotating with 2pm-10pm)

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Production Operatives to join our successful and growing company in Wellingborough, Park Farm. This is a temp-to-perm position, with real opportunities for career progression. We have various roles to offer, so there's something for everyone!

What we offer:

Pay rate: £11.75 per hour
Flexible shift patterns to suit your needs:
6am-3pm
6am-2pm rotating with 2pm-10pm

About you:

Ideally, you have previous production experience (but not essential)
You're enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, helping to ensure products are made efficiently and to the highest quality. You'll be working in a team environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
