Adecco are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist to join our client in Kettering.

Job title: Reception/Admin
Salary: £16,360 per annum
Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday - Thursday 1:30pm - 6pm / Fridays 1:30pm - 5:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments
Assist with HR/Recruitment admin tasks such as creating on-boarding packs & offer letters for new starters
Cover when AM Receptionist is on holidayThe ideal candidate:

Proven experience in administration and/or reception duties.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
