Job Title: Architect

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This is a great opportunity to join a growing architectural practice who provide a personal and tailored design service to their expanding client base. Due to an influx of projects and workload, they are on the lookout for an experienced Architect who can take the lead on a range of residential projects for their Durham based team.

To be successful in applying for the role of Architect, you will need to be already ARB registered with good experience post RIBA part 3 qualification experience within a UK practice. The individual will need to be able to demonstrate and boast design flair, as well as showing proficiency with industry standard software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:

Successfully completed your RIBA part 3 qualification
ARB registered
Relevant post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficient within AutoCAD and SketchUp
Ability to work well independently
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience working on projects within the residential sector
Experience working on projects across all RIBA work stages
Excellent communication and organisational skills
