Hours: 37.5 hour per week, Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4pm & Friday 7.30am - 1pm

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are working with a leading manufacturing company who are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly and high-spirited team at their office based in Poole.

This well-established company are well-known and respected for their reputation for their outstanding customer service, on time delivery and high quality products.

Within the varied and busy role your key responsibilities will include: providing excellent customer service; generating quotations / processing orders; progress chasing and answering any enquiries regarding delivery times, product specifications and pricing.

This exciting position would suit an individual who has previous experience within a similar administration / customer service role who is looking to learn new skills to aid their career development.

Some of your duties will include:

• Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email.
• Promptly responding to customer enquiries regarding pricing, lead times and specifications.
• Generating quotations for customers and amending them as necessary.
• Accurately processing orders in a timely manner to ensure a swift manufacturing / dispatch process.
• All administration duties including providing order confirmations, ensuring databases are kept up to date and general scanning / filing.

We would like our ideal candidates to possess:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within a previous customer service / administration position
• Excellent communication skills
• Be highly organised
• Good attention to detail
• Methodical approach to problem solving
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Programmes including Excel
