Description
As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain office systems and databases.
- Handle internal and external correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Support the Secretarial & Business Support department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- A proven track record in administrative roles, preferably within the Property industry.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- A high level of professionalism and the ability to work in a team.
