The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the Property and Housing industry, primarily offering support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and maintain office systems and databases.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support the Secretarial & Business Support department in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A proven track record in administrative roles, preferably within the Property industry.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • A high level of professionalism and the ability to work in a team.
