Description

Management Accountant reponsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Responsible for accruals, prepayments and on costs
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Cashflow forecast preparation
• Conduct variance analysis
• Financial analysis to support decision making
• Assist and cover VAT returns
• Working closely with other departments to improve financial processes
• Providing financial advice to management
• Participating in financial projects as required

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant
• Part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA, or actively working towards a full qualification (preferential)
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
