The role:

Responsible for maximising the Service Department's profitability in line with the company's objectives.
Responsible for the day to day line management and mentoring of the Depot Service Department staff.
Responsible for the appropriate processes to ensure accurate invoicing to both external and internal customers.
Responsible for the organisation of the depot workshop and distribution of jobs to maximise efficiency and profitability.
To deliver a first class customer experience by having detailed product knowledge, following an effective servicing process and displaying excellent customer relationship skills.Skills/Qualifications -

Able to cover the core hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday along with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods, along with providing cover at other depots as and when required.
Competent using standard Microsoft packages to intermediate level.
Proficient user of Ibcos GOLD system is an advantage.
Ability to produce, analyse and interpret internal and external reports and data.
Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
Ability to deal with customer enquiries by telephone, face to face and email etc.
Excellent customer relationship skills.
Exhibit a positive can do attitude.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work as part of, and effectively lead, a team.
Able to take effective decisive action.
Upto date knowledge of all franchise products/parts.
Knowledge of agricultural equipment and the Agricultural Industry along with familiarity with competitor products and activities.
Good understanding of Marketing and Sales principles.
