Role:
Drive advancements in the TiO₂ manufacturing process by leading lab, pilot, and plant-scale experiments. Develop and evaluate new products and processes to enhance business performance and expand technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and implement laboratory processes and methods for evaluating new products and technologies.

* Analyse and report on experimental programmes, supporting process and product innovation.

* Maintain and optimise laboratory equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.

* Expand personal expertise in process development and testing techniques to support business needs.

Qualifications:

* Minimum HND or equivalent in chemistry, physics, materials science, or a related field.

* Proven experience in laboratory-scale process development, with pilot/plant-scale project exposure preferred.

Desirable Skills:

* Chemical industry experience and familiarity with external vendors.

* Knowledge of pigment and application science
