Central Recruitment are working with a Furniture Manufacturers in the Lytham St Annes, recruiting for three experienced Upholsterers.

The role is working a day shift Monday - Friday with optional overtime during the week and weekend.

You will be required to upholster furniture to a high level. Main duties will include:

* Covering frames with foam and fabric

* Using a staple gun to secure the fabric in place

* Using decorative techniques including piping and buttoning

* Filling, padding and cushioning

* Working towards targets

* Quality checking the finished product

* Working with leather and fabric

* Using traditional and modern techniques

The basic hourly rate is £13.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours paid at time and a half.

There is also a bonus scheme in place if you hit a base line target. This can be discussed at interview.

Working a day shift Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 4.30pm Friday 7..30 - 1.30pm. 40 hour basic week.

Candidates applying for this position must have previous upholstery experience, ideally from a furniture background.

Immediate start for the right candidate, temporary role initially, but there is the opportunity of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
