We're looking for an enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join our dynamic team in a primary school we are representing in Bedford!

About the Role:

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the pupils. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive classroom environment, and ensuring each child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that align with the national curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and engagement
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child succeed
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunitiesAttributes We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 2 pupils
Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
Strong classroom management skills
Dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
