Part-time AdministratorPertemps are currently recruiting for a Part-time Rentals Administrator to join a van rental business based in Basingstoke.This position will be working 4 hours over the weekend and occasional holiday cover. Saturday 8am - 10am, Sunday 10am - 12pm.Responsibilities:- Support in overseeing the smooth running of the rental desk- Ensure all reservations, bookings and enquiries are handled promptly- Communicating clearing with all customers via telephone, email or face to face- Check in and check out vehicles- Manage the damage process and be confident with raising damage and additional charges to customers- Manoeuvre Luton vans around the yardRequirements:- Previous administration and customer service experience- Self sufficient- Full UK driving licence- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThe Role:- £12.25 per hour- Saturday - 8am - 10am and Sunday 10am - 12pm- Occasional holiday cover- Weekly payIf you are interested in this Part-time Administrator position, please apply below or get in touch with Jemma at Pertemps.
