Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Steel Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a Blue CSCS card and have hands-on experience in installing decking. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the specifications for steel structures and decking installation.
Measure, cut, and shape steel components to fit the specific project requirements.
Assemble and install steel components, including decking, using appropriate tools and equipment.
Inspect and test installed components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.Qualifications
Possession of a Blue CSCS card.
Proven experience in steel fitting and decking installation.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and techniques for steel fitting and decking installation.
