About the clientThe Management Recruitment Group is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Manager for a not-for-profit organisation in Dartford.

Accountabilities
• Ensure strategic relationships with suppliers
• Provide expert advice on all aspects of contract management protocols
• Development of robust contracts across the organisation
• Implement guidelines and procedures on commercial, administrative and legal aspects of contract management
• Provide commercial expertise to resolve contractual issues and disputes
• Lead supplier performance reviews
• Work closely with procurement teams
• Consolidation of contracts and compiling the contracts register

Candidate Requirements
• MCIPS accreditation or Level 4 CIPS as a minimum
• Public sector procurement experience
• Experience leading on supplier negotiations
• Experience commercial, administration and legal contract management experience
• Willing to travel to site as required
• Proven experience in a similar position
