Job Purpose

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a high-performing tax team, ensuring exceptional client service and delivering strategic tax solutions. Your key duties will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering tailored tax advice and compliance services
  • Collaborating with Partners to ensure projects meet expectations, budgets, and deadlines
  • Overseeing corporate tax compliance, advisory work, and liaising with HMRC
  • Preparing and presenting insightful tax reports and strategic advice for clients
  • Mentoring and supervising junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Identifying business development opportunities and delivering value-added solutions for clients

Job Requirements

We’re seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified professional (CTA/ACA/ACCA) with extensive corporate tax experience
  • Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of supervising and mentoring staff
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK corporate tax regulations and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach
