Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Full-Time Hours, all year round

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to become part of our client's vibrant team. As a crucial member, you will play a fundamental role in delivering exceptional care and education to their young learners, nurturing an environment that supports their holistic growth and development. Qualifications

• Level 3 in Early Years or above
• Demonstrated experience as a caring and dedicated Nursery Practitioner.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults alike.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate positive and collaborative connections with children, parents, and colleagues to establish a nurturing and inclusive nursery atmosphere.
• Monitor and document each child's development and accomplishments, effectively communicating this information to parents and recognizing the vital role they play in their child's growth.
• Ensure unwavering adherence to all safeguarding and health & safety regulations within the nursery, guaranteeing a safe and protected environment for all.
