Our business is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee mechanical aspects of commercial contracts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

* Coordinate and collaborate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.

* Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high performance and a safe working environment.

* Provide technical support and resolve issues that arise during the lifecycle of the project.

* Ensure all mechanical systems are installed in compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.

* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.

* Regularly report to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones.

* Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and change orders.

* Support business development and tendering processes by providing technical expertise.

Requirements:

* Proven experience (5+ years) as a Mechanical Project Manager, preferably within the commercial contracting sector.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, commercial contracts, and construction processes.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.

* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

* Sound understanding of project management software and tools.

* Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or project management.

* Chartered status (e.g., CEng, MCIBSE, or equivalent) is advantageous.

* A strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
