We are currently seeking a Front of House Team Leader to join our dedicated team.

This in-office role, based in bustling Winchester, offers the perfect opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills (or potential) and a passion for delivering exceptional front of house services.

As the Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of two staff members and overseeing a range of important duties, including reception management, greeting visitors, meeting room coordination, organizing catering services and much more.

With a Monday to Friday schedule, this role provides a stimulating and engaging work environment, giving you the chance to showcase your organisational skills and leadership abilities. Ideally, you will have a background in front of house roles or corporate hospitality with a flair for delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll need to be highly organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
