ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PROPERTY DEVELOPER

LONDON - SALARY UP TO £42K WITH CAR ALLOWANCE 

ABOUT:

• Property Developer based in North London
• Residential developments within the M25
• Longstanding business with an exceptional client base and Management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Procurement of trade packages within budget and timescales set.
• Management and control of subcontract variations within budget.
• Accurate and timely cost reporting including cash flows.
• Concise reporting on risks and opportunities.
• Logical and auditable preparation of relevant documentation for valuation, procurement and commercial administration

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Residential quantity surveying would be beneficial
• UK Resident

OFFERING:

• Salary up to £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
• Car allowance of £6,250 in additional per annum
• The company offers hybrid working, 4 days office and 1 days home (flexibility required)
• Additional company benefits & Annual bonus 10%
• Health Cover
• Non contractual bonus per annum
