The Role:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons to secondary school students across different subjects and year groups
Ensuring the continuation of high standards in teaching and learning
Maintaining classroom discipline and fostering a positive learning environment
Providing feedback and ensuring student progress is monitored
Supporting students with varying academic abilities and needs
What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in secondary schools
Strong classroom management skills and a positive, proactive approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students across all year groups
