Site/Project Manager - Flooring
📍 Location: London & Essex
💰 Salary: Up to £70,000 + Travel Expensed

We are seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager with a background in flooring installation to join a leading specialist contractor. This role will see you managing high-profile commercial flooring projects across various sectors, ranging from £50,000-£1,000,000 in value.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the full project lifecycle of flooring installations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

* Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Work closely with main contractors, site managers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations.

* Manage budgets, procurement, and material schedules.

* Conduct quality control checks, snagging, and final handovers.

Requirements:

* Previous experience managing flooring projects (carpet, vinyl, timber, resin, tiling, raised access flooring).

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and contract management.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
