Your new role
As a Conveyancing Assistant/ Administrator you will support the relevant team and provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
In this role, you'll:

Be a part of a market leading team which spans a multitude of different specialisms.

Manage caseloads and provide crucial administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Provide individuals and businesses with a first-class service in a wide range of conveyancing transactions.
Provide a high-level support service for the team, by helping it meet its overall targets.
Amend and collate letters with enclosures adhering to deadlines and securing appropriate sign offs from relevant Lawyers.
Engage with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, promptly addressing correspondence, calls, and emails.
Work alongside Conveyancers and members of the wider Real Estate Group.
Handle various post-completion tasks, progressively taking on more responsibility for deadlinesWhat you'll need to succeed

Experience working within conveyancing and an understanding of conveyancing procedures (minimum 6 months - 1 year)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail.
Capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to complete tasks quickly and accurately, meeting the needs of assigned lawyers.
Commitment to working within a quality standard environment.
Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Desire to work in an interesting, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
