The Role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of diverse projects within the healthcare and education sectors. This position is based in Maidstone and offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for various projects.

* Manage and monitor project costs, ensuring financial control and accuracy.

* Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

* Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any financial concerns.

* Provide financial reporting and analysis to project managers and senior management.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on construction projects, particularly in healthcare and education.

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods.

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
