Care Home Manager

Salary: £40,000 per annum + Yearly & CQC Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: North London

Hours: 45, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm

Healthcare Clinical is working with a reputable care provider which has been operating since 2009! over 90% of their homes are rated good with CQC in all 5 domains. They pride themselves on offering the highest standards of residential and dementia care. We are leading the search for a Care Home Manager with a proven track record for achieving and maintaining good CQC ratings in residential care.

The Care Home Manager will need to be able to influence positive behaviors and promote the highest standards of person-centered care. The home provides various care packages such as respite, dementia, and residential care. The ideal residential Care Home Manager will have extensive experience in residential care.

Care Home Manager Duties Include:

• To oversee the day-to-day operation and running of the service ensuring safe effective care is being adhered to
• The Residential Home Manager will protect the residents from avoidable harm and abuse.
• Manage all aspects of risk management for the service users so they are always supported.
• Medication management is being correctly administered documented and recorded.
• Quality monitoring checks and safety checks
• MCA assessments and DOLS applications
• Ensure the resident's dietary needs are assessed and met with
• Promote lots of social activities .

Care Home Manager Remuneration:

• Achievable annual bonus!

Care Home Manager requirements:

• Must be a CQC Registered Care Home Manager
• The ideal Registered Manager will have an NVQ 5 in health and social care leadership or an RMA equivalent.
• QCF completed.
