Estate & Legal Advisor - Chesterfield

Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Estate & Legal Advisor to join our client, a dynamic company based in Chesterfield. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work alongside experienced tax and legal advisors, helping safeguard assets and structure wills and trusts in a tax-efficient manner.

Estate & Legal Advisor Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of Estate projects, including drafting Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and other essential legal documents.

Assist senior colleagues on complex Estate matters.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards, maintaining a strong attention to detail.

Prioritise workloads effectively, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.

Provide mentorship and leadership to junior members of the team.

Manage projects from start to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.

About You:

Proven experience working with Trusts and Estates is essential.

STEP qualification or equivalent experience.

Strong organisational and influencing skills.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong communication skills at all levels.
