We are seeking a dedicated Supporter Care Officer to deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with our client's donors and supporters in the Not For Profit sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining high standards of supporter care and be adept at problem-solving.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to donors and supporters over the phone and via email.
  • Handling supporter queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of supporter interactions in the internal database.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with supporters to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Working collaboratively with the customer service team to meet and exceed departmental goals.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities as required.

Profile

A successful Supporter Care Officer should have:

  • Experience in a customer service role, ideally in the Not For Profit sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong background in call handling, ideally in relation to fundraising/donations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
