£36,000 - £40,000 plus vehicle & benefits package

Your new company

* A well-known social housing contractor across the south of England

* Working on contracts within the public sector.

Your new role

* Working in a mobile role, you will be working in domestic and tenanted properties.

* Duties can include:

* Fault finding

* EICR's

* General repairs, i.e., emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes.

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to engineers who are electrically qualified to C&G Levels 2, 3, or Parts 1 and 2 along with the 18th Edition.

* Experience in the social housing industry

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
