Job Title: Supervisor - Fire DampersLocation: Midlands (Will include travel)Salary: <£45,000 + benefitsWe are recruiting for a Supervisors with a strong background in Fire Damper Engineering to work in a mobile role in the Midlands area.The candidate will Supervise a team of Engineers responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of fire dampers in various properties, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and industry standards.Responsibilities:Performing fire damper inspections, testing, and certification in accordance with BS 9999 and other relevant fire safety standards.Signing off and preparing detailed reports on all testing, maintenance, and repair work, including any remedial actions required.Provide on-site guidance to clients regarding fire safety and damper operation.Work closely with other fire safety professionals, HVAC engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of fire protection systems.Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations during the execution of work.Experience:Proven background as a Fire Damper Engineer or in a similar role within the fire safety or HVAC industry.Experience of working in a supervisory role.Knowledge of BS9999 and relevant fire safety legislation.Strong understanding of fire dampers, HVAC systems, and air control systems.SSSTSCertification in fire damper testing and maintenance (desirable).Full UK driving license (required).Benefits:25 days holiday +BH + Xmas ShutdownCompany vehicle and fuel card5% employer pension contributionHealthcare
