The Role - HGV 2 HIAB Driver

To deliver a friendly and professional service in a safe and efficient manner on and off company premises.

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 06:30-16:00 / 1 in 2 Saturdays 08.00 - 12.00

Branch Location - Acton

Key Accountabilities…

· Drive in accordance with the law, safely and courteously

· Comply with current legislation

· Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading

· Cultivate and maintain exceptional standards of customer service and ensure Companies Best Practice, Standards and Company Policies are met

· Build rapport, be polite and courteous to customers

· Proactively contribute by seeking out potential company sales

· Be vigilant to prevent loss or damage of product and vehicle

· Be vigilant and report any Health & Safety issues to the Line Manager immediately

We are keen to speak to candidate who have…

* A valid HGV Class 2 Licence with Hiab (essential)

* Experience driving within a Builders Merchants (essential)

· A positive and friendly attitude

· Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and methodical

· Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated and adaptable

· Good interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to approach customers

· Excellent time management skills

· A desire to develop a knowledge of the company, our products and the elements required to be successfully employed in this business.

· A professional approach and will promote and adhere to the company's culture and values
