Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team.
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and achieve business objectives.Candidate Requirements:
