Contract Manager (Fit-Out) - London 🚨

I'm looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join a leading fit-out specialist working on high-quality commercial and residential projects across London.

💰 Salary Upto £95k
📍 Location: London

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Manager with 10+ years' experience in the fit-out industry to oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JCT & NEC contracts, commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee multiple fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered on time & within budget
✅ Manage contracts, procurement, and client relationships
✅ Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
✅ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
✅ Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs & variations
✅ Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For:
👉 10+ years' experience in contract management for fit-out projects
👉 Strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contracts
👉 Proven track record in delivering high-end fit-out projects
👉 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
👉 Ability to manage budgets, forecasts & financial reporting
