Head of Finance

Leeds Hybrid (2-3 days office)

I’m looking for a Head of Finance to lead from the front - someone who can handle the core finance remit and take charge of transformation, compliance, and leadership at a business that is part of a global group.

As Head of Finance, there’s a lot to do to make your mark here. And you’ll be the one to drive all of it.

What you’ll be doing as Head of Finance:

• Running the full finance function: forecasting, reporting, budgeting, the lot.
• Compliance and regulatory knowledge will be at the forefront of your mind. You will be a Head of Finance and a safe pair of hands who’ll keep the business compliant
• You will lead the finance transformation- this is about modernising systems, simplifying processes, leading by example and collaborating with the wider business in order to drive the culture of the firm.
• Lead a finance team and giving them the tools, training, support and clarity to perform.
• Giving your stakeholders what they need in terms of accurate reporting and clear communication.

What you’ll need:

• You will be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong post-qual experience.
• Experience leading finance teams in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
• Confident working with complex structures and group reporting requirements.
• A change mindset - someone who’s not just comfortable with transformation but can lead it.
• Strong leadership skills - you’ll need to raise the bar on performance and accountability.
