Infermiera Group are currently looking for care assistants who can demonstrate
compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for elderly people.
We have opprtunities for day and night
shifts, so if you are flexible you can manage your work/life balance whilst
supporting the residents.

Responsibilities of a Care Assistant to include,
• Washing
and dressing
• Support and serving with meals and
drinks
• Interacting and providing emotional support

• Engage residents with activities such as arts and crafts, musical
evenings, social occasions
• Evidencing delivery of care

About you,

We seek an individual who is dedicated, passionate, possessing a
positive and proactive attitude. You should have,

•
At least 6 months experience in an elderly care setting
• Show energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to work
with people and contribute to the wider team
• Expected to
have a good standard of English to be able to communicate verbally and
written
• Organisational skills, self-starter as well as able
to work as a team player.
