Position: Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Special Schools and ARPs Team - Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster

Join our Special Schools & ARPs team to work across three provisions with both primary and secondary aged children and young people. This role includes the opportunity to support a neurodiverse caseload, including those with severe learning difficulties.

Supervision and Support: Access 1:1 and peer group supervision opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Be part of our supportive, friendly, and well-established special schools' team.

Training and Development: Benefit from a regular in-house training programme.

Specialist Interventions: Deliver specialist interventions to children and young people with Education, Health, and Care Plans.

Joint Working: Collaborate with class teams and other professionals.
*
Parental Support: Help parents understand and support their child's speech, language, and communication needs.

Assessment and Treatment: Assess, develop, and implement Speech and Language Therapy treatments for children with a wide range of communication difficulties.

Strategy Development: Identify appropriate strategies to enhance communicative effectiveness in various settings.

Clinical Decision-Making: Make informed clinical decisions using evidence-based practice and outcome measurement.
