On behalf of an established woodwork manufacturer, we are seeking a Surveyor & Technical Support Coordinator to join their team. This business has a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, supplying a loyal trade customer base across London, Essex, and Kent.

The Role:

This position offers a mix of on-site surveys and office-based technical support, ensuring a varied and engaging workload.

Site Surveys (3 Days Per Week)

?? Conducting residential site surveys across London, Essex & Kent?? Taking precise measurements and designing staircases on-site????? Liaising with builders, site crews, and clients to ensure accuracy?? Managing 4-5 site visits per day (30-minute slots)?? Producing hand-drawn sketches of stair designs

Office-Based Technical Support (2 Days Per Week)

?? Providing customer service & sales support?? Advising on design solutions & technical queries?? Ensuring seamless project coordination from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

? Background in staircases, joinery, cabinet making, or carpentry? Strong technical drawing skills & ability to read plans? High level of accuracy & attention to detail? Organised & methodical problem-solver? Confident communicating with clients & site teams? Good mathematical skills for precise measurements? Computer-literate & able to produce hand-drawn sketches? Full UK driving licence & commutable to Harlow
