Site Installer for Windows, Doors, and Curtain Walling
Location: Based in Croydon, but all over the UK (in a team of 2)

About Us:
Our client is a leading specialist in the design, supply, and installation of fire-rated windows, doors, and curtain walling systems. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative glazing solutions that prioritise safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installation: Carry out site installation of windows, doors, curtain walling, and other related products in accordance with design drawings, system manuals, and supplementary instructions.
* Quality Assurance: Complete Site QA checklists (in paper or tablet format) to accurately record progress and hand over products.
* Record Keeping: Utilise tablets on-site to support the accurate tracking and recording of site work and issues. Maintain the Daily Site Diary for detailed record-keeping of all site-related activities and issues.
* Issue Management: Use the Tracker System to record and update site issues promptly and accurately.
* Client Relations: Build effective relationships with site agents and represent the company in a professional and approachable manner.
Key Skills and Competencies:
* Task-Focused: Demonstrated ability to complete each task set on-site, on time, and to a high standard.
* Instruction Compliance: Ability to understand and follow instructions from the Project Manager or more experienced team members.
* Effective Prioritisation: Excellent skills in planning and managing time on-site to ensure all work is completed efficiently, avoiding the need for return visits.
* Strong People Skills: Ability to interact professionally and effectively with Site Managers and subcontractors, representing the company positively at all times.
* Communication Skills: Strong ability to liaise with the Project Manager and other internal and external contacts, reporting any issues that arise.
* Health & Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to Health & Safety standards at all times.
* Organisational Skills: Maintain a well-stocked van with essential items and equipment to ensure efficiency.
* Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in the glazing industry is preferred.
* Must hold a valid CSCS card.
